The Springbrook Yoga and Meditation Retreat Dates for  2024.

This retreat for the year will focus on the importance of staying grounded and how to navigate the nature of transition on a personal and global level through the ancient techniques of yoga. It is very important to stay balanced in a world that is constantly changing.

Come and join us for a weekend of yoga, meditation, relaxation, Zen Thai Shiatsu and amazing vegetarian cuisine put together by the fabulous kitchen crew.

October 4 – 7 (long weekend)

Allow you Practice to be surrounded by your Breath, for it is through the breath that we come to reach and calm the mind.

All meals at the Retreat are incredibly delicious, freshly prepared vegetarian fare!!. Please let us know when you book if you have any allergies and we will accommodate you.
